Kuleba urged the Netherlands to recognize the Holodomor as genocide

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba urged the Netherlands to recognize the Holodomor as genocide of the Ukrainian people.
He said this at a press conference with his Dutch counterpart Wopke Hukstra in Kyiv, reports European Pravda.
Kuleba said that today's visit of the Dutch minister began with a visit to the Holodomor memorial.
"We Ukrainians know all too well what hunger is, so we will not stand aside from the problems of those people who suffer from hunger. We will help them. For my part, I also called on the Netherlands to recognize the Holodomor as a genocide of the Ukrainian people," he said.
For his part, Hoekstra noted that the Holodomor events bring to mind another dictator who turned the food into a weapon.
