Medvedev calls for Zelensky's physical removal

Russia is artificially fueling hysteria around the story of two drones crashing on the Kremlin last night. Moscow accuses Ukraine of attempting to assassinate Putin.

In his turn, the President of Ukraine denied Kyiv's involvement and admitted that with such actions the Russian authorities are trying to justify attacks on the civilian population of Ukraine and force Russians to go to war.

As usual, the former Russian president and current first deputy head of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, made a criminal call. He called for the "physical removal of Zelenskyy and his clique."

As a reminder, in mid-March, Italian intelligence informed the government that the Kremlin was allegedly planning an assassination attempt on Defense Minister Guido Crozetto, for which a $15 million reward was set.

This was reported by Il Foglio newspaper. The customer is the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev.

According to the article, the Italian intelligence services were concerned about the "angry attacks" of former Russian President Medvedev, who last year called Crozetto a "rare fool" for saying that if Russian tanks entered Kyiv, World War III would begin.

Rome also believes that Medvedev, now deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council and close to Vladimir Putin, influences decision-making.

Il Foglio writes that Italian intelligence services intercepted a request from the former Russian president to assassinate the defense minister for $15 million, which was allegedly addressed to the private military company Wagner. Wagner could have carried out the assassination attempt through one of its two cells in Europe (the publication also writes about them concerning intelligence) - in Serbia or Estonia.

The Il Foglio article states that Medvedev's request for an assassination attempt on Crozetto was transmitted before the Italian minister's recent statements accusing the Wagner PMC of fueling the migration crisis in Europe.
