Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni and French President Emmanuel Macron reaffirmed their intention to continue supporting Ukraine amid Russia's full-scale invasion after talks in Paris on Tuesday.
This was reported by Rai News.
During the joint press conference, Maloney recalled the supply of the Franco-Italian SAMP/T air defense system to Ukraine.
"There is no doubt that Italy and France will continue to support the Ukrainian cause for as long as it takes, from all sides. If we do not, we will find ourselves not in a world of peace, but in a much more chaotic world, where war is coming to our home," she emphasized.
In his turn, the French President thanked his Italian counterpart for her support and cooperation in helping Ukraine.
