Occupants are trying to seize Vuhledar again

In recent days, the Russian fascists have become more active in the Shakhtarsk sector, conducting regular air strikes on Vuhledar.

The video shows the consequences of such an air raid - two sections of high-rise buildings were completely destroyed. There were also two wounded in this attack. But this is because there are few people left in the city.

As a reminder, the occupiers have tried to capture Vuhledar several times. During the last such campaign, they lost a large number of tanks, armored personnel carriers, and other armored vehicles (at least 130 units), as well as units of the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet.

The intensification of the shelling of Vuhledar in the Donetsk region indicates that Russian troops are likely to launch an assault operation there in the near future. This was stated by Oleksiy Dmytrashkovsky, head of the joint press center of the Tauride defense forces, during a telethon on April 23.

"The enemy is using scorched earth tactics. This is done to prevent our defenders from holding the line anywhere. Houses are being destroyed, in military slang, they are dismantling houses floor by floor, and this is happening both in Bakhmut and Vuhledar," explained the speaker.

Dmytrashkovsky believes that it is in this area that the enemy will soon launch attacks.

"Having lost a lot of personnel at the Avdiivka and Maryinka directions, I think the enemy will soon focus on the Vuhledar direction again. This is my opinion," he emphasized.
