Occupants hit a residential building in Kharkiv region

On the evening of November 3, at around 20:50, Russian troops conducted an air strike on the village of Kivsharivka in the Kupyansky district of Kharkiv region. As a result of the attack, a missile hit a five-story residential building.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to preliminary data, the bodies of three people may be under the rubble: two women and one man. One person, a 71-year-old woman, was injured.

The Kupyansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region has launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Work is underway at the scene to clear the rubble, given the security situation in the village.
