Zelensky tells how many air strikes Russia carried out in a week

Russia conducted hundreds of air strikes in Ukraine over the past week. The occupiers used bombs, missiles, and drones.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Telegram.

According to the head of state, over the past week, Russia has struck various regions of Ukraine with more than 900 bombs, launched about 30 missiles and almost 500 Shaheds. Most of these strikes were directed against civilian objects and critical infrastructure.

“And not just the majority, but all these strikes would not have been possible if we had sufficient support from the world in obvious things,” the president said.

Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of giving Ukraine more long-range capability and strengthening sanctions against Russia. They would prevent Russia from importing critical components for the production of drones and missiles, including microelectronics.

“Ukraine deserves the same reliable security as all our other partners in the free world,” Zelensky added.
