RF reports explosions in Novorossiysk and a strike on the port

Explosions occurred in Novorossiysk (Krasnodar Krai, Russian Federation) on the night of May 17. Air defense systems were allegedly activated in the city area due to a drone attack. The port was preliminarily hit.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Russian edition of Astra.
A series of explosions occurred in the city, and as of half past four in the morning, at least eight explosions are known.
It is noted that a drone strike on the local port could have been carried out.
Footage of the nighttime explosions in Novorossiysk was posted online, and the video also shows flashes in the sky and traces of fire.
“Locals report that the target of the UAVs in Novorossiysk is the port and oil depot,” the Cheka-OGPU Telegram channel writes.
Later, Russian media wrote that the port in this city was de-energized.
