This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Reuters.

“The burning of LPG is indicated by the absence of black smoke during the fire,” the Reuters source explained.

According to him, from a technical point of view, it is possible to bypass the liquefied natural gas unit and restart the refinery in the near future.

“The LPG section can be bypassed, and primary processing can be resumed. Part of the gas can be left in the oil up to the limit level of saturated vapor pressure, and the other part can be used for our own needs - for the refinery furnaces,” the source added.
