Russian offensive near Kharkiv will fail, - General Christopher Cavoli

The offensive of the Russian occupiers in the Kharkiv region will not succeed. However, Russian troops may achieve “local successes.”
This opinion was expressed by the Commander of NATO's Allied Forces Europe, General Christopher Cavoli, at a press conference in Brussels after a meeting of the NATO Military Committee, Politico reports.
“We don't believe it. I know that the Russians do not have the number of forces they need for a strategic breakthrough,” - Cavoli said.
In addition, the Russian army does not have the necessary skills to use a breakthrough to gain a strategic advantage.
However, according to Cavoli, Russian troops can achieve “localized successes, as happened near Kharkiv.”
“I am in very close contact with our Ukrainian colleagues, and I am confident that they are in control of the situation,” he said.-
