RBC-Ukraine reports this regarding Prawo.pl.

Ukrainians who arrived in Poland between February 24, 2022, and March 4, 2024, will be able to enjoy temporary protection for another six months. In addition, the Sejm has extended tax benefits until the end of the year for those who provide humanitarian aid.

This means that war refugees from Ukraine, whose stay is considered legal, have, among other things

  • free access to the labor market;
  • the right to use family assets
  • access to medical care;
  • the possibility of doing business.

However, MEPs did not agree to extend the temporary protection for Ukrainian citizens until March 4, 2025, as decided by the EU Council.
