Russia deploys a missile carrier to the Black Sea

This morning, on July 1, one Russian missile-carrying ship was spotted in the Black Sea, which the aggressor country has put on alert. However, there are no Kalibr missiles on board the ship.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU Navy).

The military noted that no Russian missile carriers have been spotted in the Sea of Azov.

According to the Ukrainian Navy, as of Monday morning, there were:

  • in the Black Sea - 2 enemy ships, 1 of which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles, no missiles,
  • in the Sea of Azov - 2 Russian ships, no Kalibr cruise missiles.

In addition, 2 enemy ships carrying Kalibr cruise missiles were observed in the Mediterranean Sea, with a total volley of up to 24 missiles.
