This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in Telegram. They note that the enemy will launch a large-scale IPSO in the near future.

In particular, the Russian special operation will include throwing in specially fabricated materials. They are expected to appear in both Ukrainian and foreign media.

Through these materials, the Russian Federation will try to discredit the Chief of the General Staff of the AFU Serhiy Shaptala, the head of the SBU Vasily Malyuk, Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, and the acting head of the National Police Ivan Vygovsky. Fakes can also refer to other representatives of the Ukrainian authorities and military commanders.

The GUR also explained why the enemy needs this new IPSO. The Russians want to sow among Ukrainians and international partners uncertainty in the defense capabilities of our state. Representatives of the Russian special services believe that this can lead to political instability inside Ukraine, as well as reduce the level of trust in our state on the part of the anti-Putin coalition.
