According to Ukrinform, the Operational Command "South" reported this on Facebook.

"In the Black Sea, the enemy once again maneuvered the available forces to rotate a surface missile carrier to an underwater one. Currently, there are 7 ships on combat duty, including one submarine missile carrier equipped with 4 Kalibr missiles," the statement said.

The South Command noted that the surface-to-air missile carrier is on standby at its basing point and can be put on duty at any time.

"The level of missile threat remains high. Remember that it is difficult to detect launches from a submarine, as it takes several minutes to take cover. Don't neglect your safety, immediately go to the shelter when the air raid alarm sounds!" the Pivdennyi Command emphasized.
