Russian troops shell the Kherson region again, one killed

On Saturday, April 29, the Russian army once again shelled the village of the Bilozerska community in the Kherson region, killing one person.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

Under the procedural supervision of the Oleshky District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on April 29, at about 10:00, the Russian army once again shelled the village of Bilozerska community in the Kherson region.

A man was killed as a result of the shelling. Another woman was injured and hospitalized. Private houses were damaged.

According to preliminary data, the enemy attacked the settlement with MLRS.

Priority measures are being taken to document the crime committed by the army of the aggressor country.

At the same time, the head of the Kherson regional military administration Oleksandr Prokudin made public the consequences of yesterday's shelling of Bilozerka by the Russian army.

"The hospital and about 30 households were damaged. A 57-year-old woman died under the rubble, and three more people were injured," Prokudin added.
