Russians' goal is to open a new front in northern Ukraine

Currently, the goal of Russian troops is to open a new front in northern Ukraine to begin using all their manpower and firepower against the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov in an interview with Reuters.
“Their (Russians' - ed.) goal is to open a new front in the north to start using all their manpower and firepower against us,” Umerov said.
He emphasized that the Russian invaders continue to fulfill their goal of destroying the Ukrainian nation.
