Saboteurs on the northern border, heaviest fighting near Avdiivka

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Since the beginning of this day, the occupants have carried out six air strikes using 10 combat aircraft, 476 attacks on the positions of our troops.

On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, and shells populated areas.

In the Kharkiv sector, our troops repelled two enemy attacks near Lyptsi since the beginning of the day. One of the engagements is ongoing. According to the updated data, the enemy lost 195 people in this sector over the last day.

In the Kupyansk sector, an attack in the area of Stepova Novoselivka was repelled since the beginning of the day. Another firefight is taking place near Petropavlivka.

In the Siversky sector, Ukrainian troops repelled one attack by Russian proxies near Vyymka village.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy has tried to force Ukrainian troops from their positions twice since the beginning of the day.

As in the previous day, the situation remains the most tense in the Pokrovsk sector. Eight combat engagements are currently taking place there. The enemy is acting with the greatest intensity near Novoselivka Persha. Defense forces are taking measures to stabilize the situation in this area. According to the updated data, the Russian aggressor lost 394 personnel in the Pokrovsk sector over the last day.

One attack was repelled in the Kurakhove and Vremivsk sectors.

The enemy did not conduct any active offensives in the Prydniprovskyi sector today.
