Vadym Skibitsky, a representative of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's DIU, has spoken about the current stockpile of Russian long-range missiles in a commentary for RBC-Ukraine.

"Now Russia, according to our estimate, has about 950 high-precision missiles of operational-strategic and strategic level with a range of more than 350 kilometers remaining. We observe a tendency that they tend to try to keep their stockpiles at the level of at least 900 missiles," Vadim Skibitsky said.

According to him, in April this year, Russia aims to develop about 40 Kh-101 missiles.

"We predict that the Russians will be able to conduct several more massive attacks (2-3 — exactly massive), and further will be forced to take some pause again to accumulate missiles and "shaheds". However, some localized shelling may continue," said Vadim Skibitsky.

He also described the situation with Russian cruise missiles "Kalibr," which the aggressor has almost not used since the fall of 2023.

"The aggressor is accumulating a stockpile of 3M14 "Kalibr" cruise missiles and has at least 260 units. Moreover, in their plans to develop 30 such missiles in April this year," said the Representative of the DIU of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine.

At the same time, he reminded us that the Russians are modernizing anti-ship Onyx missiles.

"As for the high-speed missiles flying from the southern direction, now it is difficult to determine whether they are Zircon missiles or modernized Onyxes," Vadim Skibitsky noted, adding that Russia's stockpile of conventional Onyxes amounts to 440 units.
