The Pentagon called Russian refineries “civilian targets”

The United States of America is concerned about Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries. In Washington, refineries are considered civilian targets.
This was stated by the US Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security, Celeste Wallander, RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to CNN correspondent Natasha Bertrand on Twitter.
"The question of attacks on critical infrastructure, when these are civilian targets, causes us concern," Wallander said, commenting on the strikes on Russian refineries.
According to her, Ukraine adheres to one of the highest standards of compliance with the laws of armed conflicts, and this is "one of the elements of European democracy."
If you do not help, then at least do not prevent us from destroying the enemy!
