The whole world benefits from the implementation of the “grain deal”

The entire world benefits from the full-fledged "grain agreement", which allows the export of Ukrainian grain and other foodstuffs through the Black Sea.
This was stated by Deputy Speaker of the U.S. Department of State Vedant Patel, RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to his video briefing.
"The whole world has benefited from the fact that Ukraine was able to deliver food to where it is most needed," the U.S. State Department spokesman said.
Patel said the agreement made it possible to take steps to ensure that grain and food were not turned into weapons and that important food products could get to countries that needed them.
"And this is another mechanism through which we have prevented Russia from turning food into weapons," the official summarized.
