AFU explain whose "road of life" to Bakhmut is theirs

On April 29, the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Defense Forces are able to supply Bakhmut. Russians fail to cut off the connection

The supply is possible due to the comprehensive work of the defense forces. This was reported by the spokesman for the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Cherevaty during a telethon, Channel 24 reports.

In particular, artillerymen are conducting constant fire control to prevent the enemy from taking these routes. Reconnaissance men and special operations forces are scouting for possible passage.

However, Cherevaty noted that the situation is dynamic. Sometimes it changes. However, any statements by the enemy that they control the routes to Bakhmut and can cut off supplies are not true.

Although capturing the "highway of life" and cutting off Bakhmut from supplies is one of the main goals of the Russians. They are trying to do this all the time. Propagandists and Russian military officials keep saying that they are close to this goal.

Earlier, Cherevaty also said that the Russians had concentrated their main attack forces in the Bakhmut direction, they wanted to cut off the connection to the city. However, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are disrupting all their plans.

The occupiers want to reach the intersection where the main roads leading to the city converge: from Chasovyi Yar and Kostiantynivka.

The Russians constantly have a series of deadlines. First by May 1, now by May 9. However, because of the courage of the Ukrainian defenders, the enemy does not succeed.
