The Russian Federation continues to attack Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The European Union (EU) will allocate a new humanitarian aid package to Kyiv in the amount of 40 million euros ($44.43 million).
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Twitter account of the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
“Russia is relentlessly attacking Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The temperature will soon drop, so we are stepping up our humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians in need. With a new package of 40 million euros ($44.43 million - ed.) for repairs, electricity, heating and shelter,” she wrote.
