Almost 80% of Poles assess relations with Ukraine positively

About 80% of Poles rate Poland's relations with Ukraine as good or very good.

This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by SW Research for Rzeczpospolita.

The survey participants were asked how they assess the current state of relations between Poland and Ukraine.

To this question, 23.4% of respondents answered "very good". 56.1% of respondents assessed these relations as good.

Poorly, 4.7% of respondents assessed Poland's relations with Ukraine. Another 2.7% - very poorly.

13.1% of respondents have no opinion on the matter.

"Six out of ten respondents (61%) under the age of 24 and the same share (60%) from rural areas believe that the current state of relations between Poland and Ukraine is good. Almost six out of ten respondents (58%) with secondary education and the same share (59%) with an income of PLN 4001 to 5000 net believe that Poland and Ukraine currently have good relations," Przemysław Wesolowski, President of SW Research, commented on the survey results.

Last week, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy paid a visit to Poland.
