Valeriy Romanenko, an aviation expert and researcher at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, is convinced that the Russians were aiming at the Epicenter hypermarket in Kharkiv.

He explained on the air of “We-Ukraine” that the hypermarket was struck by high-precision weapons with GPS guidance. This indicates that the occupiers knew exactly where they were hitting.

“From the very beginning, it was positioned as a high-precision weapon with GPS guidance. And what was laid down, in any case, with some deviation, with some radius of spread - maybe a dozen meters, no more. It hits exactly where it was aimed. Therefore, if the Russians wanted to hit the hypermarket, they actually sent these coordinates there and entered them into the guidance system of this universal munition,” Romanenko said.

As you know, the Russians attacked a hypermarket in Kharkiv with an UMPB D-30 bomb, which was manufactured on the basis of FAB 250.
