Arestovych on three scenarios of Russia's offensive

Ukraine understands that another attempt of the Russian army to attack is almost inevitable. Advisor to the Presidential Office Oleksiy Arestovych told about the options for a new Russian invasion.

- "Sober Russian heads among the generals and analysts say: guys, we had a previous offensive, where the elite of the elites was, everything fell, so why do you want to repeat this trick? You will not find a more reliable way to bury 200 thousand people. Maybe, let's cool down somehow? They ask: and how?

Here is a middle option: we will attack in Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk and Luhansk directions. Perhaps we will touch the Kharkiv direction, because Zaporizhzhya is adjacent to Donetsk, and Kharkiv - to Luhansk. It is clear where to use these thousands.

According to him, the most realistic option for the Russian Federation is to throw all the forces and personnel of the army to the Donetsk and Luhansk directions. However, even then Russian propaganda will work at full capacity to justify the goals of the "special operation", as Russian citizens call the war against Ukraine.

- And there are quite sober minds who say: guys, let's not swing, we have already gone through Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv and everything else, we cannot take Bakhmut and Lysychansk. They say, let's throw everything at Donetsk and Luhansk regions, recapture them if we succeed.

And then they will be able to announce that these were the goals of the "special operations" that saved the "LPR" and "DPR", and this event near Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kherson - it was necessary to defeat the "insidious" NATO groups that were already ready to attack the unfortunate "DPR", "LPR", Crimea. We defeated them, withdrew, and now we are defending the borders, and we accepted four regions into the composition in order to have something to bargain with, so that the West would know.

Arestovych assures that the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are ready for a new Russian offensive in all variants. However, there are doubts as to whether the Russian Federation will be able to provide the army personnel with weapons, military equipment, food, water and conduct quality training.

- We understand that the offensive is inevitable. We are ready for it in all variants. Let's see if they can gather new 200-300 thousand people. I have no doubts about the attempt to do it.

But there are doubts where they will get weapons and military equipment, how they are going to provide them, feed them, and the quality of training of all this personnel, if there is a third group of two or three hundred thousand people.
