This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to a statement by Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg.

"19 months ago, Russia brutally invaded its sovereign neighbor Ukraine. Since then, it has continued its irresponsible and unacceptable actions," the statement reads.

He clarified that it is a flagrant violation of the UN Charter, the use of nuclear threats and blackmail, and the deployment of nuclear weapons in Belarus.

"Russia has also demonstrated extreme disrespect for the basic principles of the Agency and its work in the field of nuclear safety by occupying the Zaporizhzhya NPP," Schallenberg added.
