Baerbock ignored the UN Security Council to avoid listening to Lavrov

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock was absent from the UN Security Council meeting on Monday because she "did not want to listen to the lies" of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who presided over the meeting.
Bild writes about this, citing sources in German diplomatic circles.
The interlocutors of the publication said that Lavrov wants to arrange "business as usual" in the Security Council, while Russia continues its illegal aggressive war against Ukraine with all the cruelty.
Burbock declined the invitation and instead became busy rescuing German citizens from Sudan.
German diplomats said they were "not available for such cynical and transparent propaganda games".
