Bulgaria says it is not considering sending its troops to Ukraine.
This was stated by Bulgaria's interim prime minister Dimitar Glavchev, as quoted by BNR.
Glavchev made his statement after a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, where they discussed Ukraine.
Glavchev emphasized that NATO is not demanding an expansion of military assistance and that Bulgaria is implementing the parliamentary decision on this issue.
“The issue of sending Bulgarian soldiers to Ukraine is a typical example of a hybrid attack and disinformation. This topic has never been discussed in the NATO format and is not being discussed today. Let Bulgarian citizens be calm. There is no question of sending Bulgarian soldiers to Ukraine,” the interim prime minister said.
