China's Foreign Ministry responds on participation in the Peace Summit

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China reported that it currently has no information about sending an official Chinese delegation to the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland. This was announced by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning during a press conference.
She is unable to provide information on China's participation in the Peace Summit at this time, and added that her country supports any efforts that will contribute to the settlement and peaceful resolution of the “Ukrainian crisis.”
“China supports the timely convening of an international peace conference, recognized by both Ukraine and Russia, with equal participation of all parties and objective discussion of all peace initiatives,” the statement said.
Beijing encourages a peaceful resolution of the “crisis” and supports the holding of an international peace conference recognized by Ukraine and Russia with “equal participation of all parties.”
