China supplies Iran with parts for drones used by Russia in war, - WSJ

Iran continues to use Chinese parts to manufacture drones, which Russia then uses in the war against Ukraine.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to The Wall Street Journal.

It is noted that China continues to supply the necessary parts to Iranian drone manufacturers, although the United States is trying to prevent this and cut off the global supply chain.

The publication notes that Iran needs about three months to produce and supply drones to Russia, which it will then use for terrorist attacks in Ukraine.

This spring, Western researchers studied a component of Iranian drones and concluded that one of its parts was Chinese-made and manufactured this year. It was a voltage converter that could have been manufactured in China in January.

The British group Conflict Armament Research noted that this is the first time a Chinese part has been found in 2023. This study shows that Iran can produce drones for Russia quickly enough.

The White House has stated that Russia has used all the Iranian drones it has received in the past. Now it is asking Tehran for new batches of drones to shell Ukraine.
