Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Minister of Internal Trade Liesje Schreinemacher arrived in Kyiv on a working visit. A visit to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is scheduled.
This was reported by De Telegraaf.
In the morning, Rutte and Schreinemacher laid a wreath at the Wall of Remembrance for the Fallen in Kyiv.
After talks with Volodymyr Zelensky, they will also meet with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. They are also expected to visit damaged energy facilities during their visit.
It should be noted that Rutte already visited Ukraine last year. In July, he visited Borodianka and Irpin, which suffered from Russian aggression.
