European Parliament head speaks out against concessions to Putin

President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola insists on the unacceptability of concessions by the West under the blackmail of Russia.
According to European Pravda, she made this statement after the large-scale missile attack on Ukraine.
The European politician stressed that the photos showing the hit on the center of Kyiv "cause disgust." "This once again demonstrates to the world what kind of regime we are dealing with: it does not selectively target and rains terror and death on children. This is criminal. They will be brought to justice," Metsola wrote on her Twitter, expressing confidence that Ukraine would still win.
She later supplemented her message with an assurance that escalation would not allow Russia to avoid defeat.
"The only way the Kremlin should be looking for is one that takes (Russian troops) away from Ukraine," Metsola said.-
"My parents taught me how to deal with bullies: trying to appease them doesn't work. Appeasement never worked. And appeasement will never work. Russia will be held accountable for these crimes," the president of the European Parliament explained.
