Explosion occurs in Poltava

An explosion occurred in Poltava during an air raid alert.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Suspilne.

"The sound of an explosion was heard in Poltava," the report said.

Earlier, the Air Force reported the threat of the use of ballistic weapons. At the same time, the military reported that Poltava residents should immediately take shelter.

For his part, the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Philip Pronin, urged residents to stay in shelters until the air raid warning was lifted.
