The memorandum provides for cooperation in assessing the damage and restoring Ukrainian transportation systems, with a focus on the transition to environmentally friendly low-carbon mobility.

In particular, France will provide expert support and facilitate the participation of French companies in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

The cooperation will cover the areas of railways, public urban transport, multimodal transportation and logistics, air and sea transport, road infrastructure, and the development of environmentally friendly mobility.
