Georgian President calls Russian missile strikes war crimes

Nov 25, 2022

Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili has condemned the targeted Russian missile strikes on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure, calling them war crimes.

She said this on her Twitter.

"Russia's constant strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure are causing a huge humanitarian crisis for millions of Ukrainians. These are unacceptable war crimes, and civilians suffer from them. Georgia supports the strong and resilient Ukrainian people," Salome Zurabishvili wrote.

Moldovan President Maia Sandu, commenting on the November 23 rocket attacks, said that Chisinau could not trust the Russian regime, which was killing some people and leaving others without light and heat.
