Germany accuses Putin of trying to destabilize the situation

The Green faction in Germany accuses Russian dictator Vladimir Putin of trying to destabilize the situation in the country.

This was stated by Agnieszka Brugger, vice chairman of the Green parliamentary group, RBC-Ukraine reports citing Spiegel.

Brugger believes that after Russia published a recording of an internal conversation between German Air Force officers, further subversive actions by the Russian Federation are possible in the coming months.

"The events of the past few days show once again how Vladimir Putin is trying to exert a massive negative influence on our open society, especially in Germany, through disinformation, destabilization, and espionage," said the vice chair of the parliamentary group.

She also noted that this year, which is already full of important elections, the threat from Russia will only increase.

"We must be much better prepared for it in politics, media, and society. As a society, we have to become more resilient, stronger, and more secure," Brugger added.
