Germany handed over drones to Ukraine and promised new Gepards

Germany has handed over a new batch of military aid to Ukraine, including surface drones, bridge-laying tanks and cars.

Thus, in recent days, 3 BEAVER bridge-laying tanks; 8 surface drones (2 were previously transferred); 12 vehicles of the Border Guard Service (in total, 65 have already been provided); 4 thousand sleeping bags (in addition to 10 thousand previously transferred); spare parts for Mi-24 helicopters; 30 ambulances have been delivered.

All the equipment is directly from the stocks of industrial enterprises.

In addition, it was decided to transfer to Ukraine 7 more Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns (3 were transferred in August) and 100 thousand medical kits.

As reported, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, who is in Berlin on December 1, thanked Germany for being one of the main suppliers of military assistance to Ukraine, in particular, modern equipment. At the same time, he stated that the task is not to expand the list of weapons but to ensure the smooth and effective use of the already provided equipment.
