Russian companies that fell under the company restrictions: Miass Machine-Building Plant, JSC Vympel, Ural Research Institute of Composite Materials, United Engine Corporation, UDK-Saturn, Turaevsky Plant of Special Structures, Temp-Avia, Tactical Missile Arms JSC, Biological Synthesis Systems LLC.
