Japan is ready to provide Ukraine with additional support through World Bank projects to repair housing damaged by Russian aggression.
This was stated by Japanese Finance Minister Masato Kando, RBC-Ukraine reports citing Reuters.
It is noted that Kanda visited Kyiv today and met with Ukrainian Finance Minister Dmytro Marchenko.
They held bilateral financial talks between Japan and Ukraine.
At a press conference, Finance Minister Kanda said that the wartime dialogue demonstrates Japan's unwavering support for Ukraine.
The Japanese Finance Minister also said he was ready to provide additional support for World Bank projects to repair war-damaged housing in Ukraine.
