The head of the Chechen Republic within Russia, Ramzan Kadyrov, suggested that Russian President Vladimir Putin send Chechen troops to the Belgorod region. In his opinion, this would be a "good decision."
This was reported by the Russian media with reference to Kadyrov's words. At the same time, the number of "Chechen fighters" in Russia's security forces is estimated at more than 70,000.
"In total, the number of Chechen fighters in battalions and regiments of the security and military structures exceeds 70 thousand people. This is as many as three armies! All units have been trained at the Russian University of Special Forces. They are equipped with the latest technology, trained, equipped with reliable weapons, and ready to execute any order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief," Kadyrov said.
He assured that Putin's Chechen collaborators are ready and waiting for the order.
