Kazakhstan blocks Russian portal Sputnik24

The website Sputnik24 was blocked in Kazakhstan. The reason for this decision is the dissemination of information about conditional access cards to the services of broadcasting operators and equipment that are not licensed in the country.
RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to ORDA.
The order was issued on June 16, 2023.
The publication notes that the site belongs to the Russian media holding Russia Today (RT), but this information is not available on either the Sputnik24 or RT websites.
At the same time, the site is listed among those on which RT can be viewed on the Internet.
