According to Ukrinform, this was stated in the office of the head of the Canadian government following a telephone conversation between the two leaders.

"The Prime Minister and the President discussed the long-term commitments of Canada and France to support Ukraine as it defends its sovereignty and territorial integrity. They agreed on the need to further increase support for Ukraine," Trudeau said.

It is noted that the interlocutors also "welcomed the political agreement reached by stakeholders in Haiti and emphasized the importance of restoring democratic order in the country. They also discussed current developments, reaffirmed their support for the UN-authorized Multinational Security Support Mission to restore stability in Haiti, and recalled their commitment to the Haitian people," the Canadian Prime Minister's office said.

In addition, Trudeau and Macron mentioned the need for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the release of all hostages. "They expressed their concern about the growing number of hateful acts against Jews, Muslims, and Arabs in Canada, France, and around the world," the ministry added.

Discussions, discussions, discussions... It's pretty clear. You already know perfectly well what Ukraine needs.
