Number of victims of the strike in Kyiv region increased to seven

The seventh person among those injured in Kyiv region as a result of rocket attack on November 23 died in intensive care.
As of 20:40, it became known that the seventh person died in intensive care as a result of the latest shelling.
Power engineers continue repair works to restore electricity in the region as soon as possible. About a hundred crews are working around the clock.
70% of residents of Kyiv region remain without electricity.
Kuleba advised to use "invincibility points" where you can charge phones and warm up.
Direct speech: "We will rebuild infrastructure and housing. But we will not return human lives. However, we will take revenge for everyone. Russia will be responsible for all crimes".
