This was reported by RBC-Ukraine regarding President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in an interview with the Associated Press.

According to the head of state, Ukraine is replenishing the exchange fund, and prisoner exchanges continue.

"We exchange. We fill our exchange fund, and then exchanges happen. We often exchange prisoners of war not so loudly or publicly. I will say frankly - we exchange right on the battlefield. When we have 10 of their prisoners, and they have a few of ours guys, we change them. The commanders have orders for all this, and they know what to do," Zelenskyy said.

The president said that over the past six months, Ukraine was able to return about 100 soldiers from captivity. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, it was possible to free several thousand Ukrainian soldiers from Russian captivity.

Zelenskyy added that several thousand Ukrainian defenders are currently in captivity.
