Reznikov meets with British Defense Secretary in Kyiv
Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov met with his British counterpart Ben Wallace in Kyiv.
This was reported by Yevropeiska Pravda, citing the press service of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
"Of course, we discussed the NATO perspective of Ukraine in the context of the upcoming NATO summit in Vilnius. Including Ukraine's vision of stabilizing peace in Europe, using the peace formula of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy," Reznikov said.
The meeting also discussed priorities for arming Ukraine to achieve victory, especially long-range weapons such as Storm Shadow missiles.
Wallace noted that Storm Shadow was the first weapon of this type provided to Ukraine by partners.
"We provided this type of weapon because of Russia's continued use of its long-range weapons, which it uses to harm civilians and civilian critical infrastructure," Wallace said.
