This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The aggressor's ministry announced that the movement of submarines, surface vessels, and aircraft through the Kerch Strait is restricted.

The "exceptions" are vessels sailing during daylight hours along the fairways and recommended routes through the Kerch Strait in transit or to local ports.

"Navigation of all ships and watercraft, vehicles underwater, anchoring, flying and flying of aircraft, presence of people in the water and other activities are prohibited in the area bounded by the coastal limit," the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

In addition, the occupiers have created an "inspection area" for ships sailing from the Black Sea.
