The Russian occupiers in the temporarily controlled territories of Ukraine have provoked a humanitarian crisis to make the local population dependent on the invaders' "administrations."

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine concerning the Center for National Resistance (CNR).

It is noted that since the Russian occupation of the occupied regions of Ukraine, goods, especially food, have become more expensive.

"There is also a decrease in production and sales of products manufactured at enterprises controlled by the enemy," the publication says.

Meanwhile, the situation with the fresh water supply in the Donetsk region has become more complicated. In addition, due to their "mobilization" measures, the invaders have a shortage of labor.

The Center noted that the difficult security situation and destroyed infrastructure is an additional factor that encourages the local population to move into the depths of the occupied territories with further "evacuation" to the Russian Federation, or to obtain a Russian passport for the right to "social assistance".
