Russia has intensified recruitment in Africa

The terrorist country of Russia has intensified its mercenary recruitment campaign in Central Africa.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram channel of the Main Intelligence Directorate (DIU) of Ukraine.
In particular, recruitment has intensified in Rwanda, Burundi, the Congo, and Uganda.
Recruitment is carried out by a specially created unit of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Mercenaries are lured to war by a cash payment of 2,000 dollars for signing a contract. In particular, they promise a monthly allowance in the form of:
- 2.2 thousand dollars;
- medical insurance.
They also offer a Russian passport for the mercenary and his family members.
