This was reported in an interview by Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine.

The representative of the GUR claims that the Russians "have taken measures to modernize some missiles... X-22 has already become X-32, that is, it has undergone modernization."

In addition, the DIU is aware of the occupiers' plans and attempts to modernize Oniks missiles. "In the fall, they often fired at Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Kherson regions with these missiles, there were many explosions, but no hits," Skibitsky said.

Also, according to intelligence, the Russians have resumed using modernized Bastion systems designed to hit maritime targets to launch Oniks, but the occupiers are using them against civilian targets.
