Russia may be left without ships if it continues strikes on ports

Russian ships may be destroyed by the end of the war if the Kremlin decides to continue attacking Ukrainian ports.

This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with Latin American media, La Nacion reports.

The president reminded that Russia has blocked the Black Sea and, in particular, the territorial waters of Ukraine. Therefore, Ukraine must now prove that it has the right to import and export goods in its territorial waters.

"If Russia continues to dominate the Black Sea and block it by firing missiles, Ukraine will do the same, which is a fair defense of our capabilities. We don't have many weapons, but if they continue to shoot, they may be left without ships by the end of the war. And this is what we want to show them," Zelensky emphasized.

According to him, the occupiers cannot win now, and therefore they want to put Ukraine in such a stalemate using weapons and violence. Therefore, Ukraine will definitely respond to any attacks on civilians and "grain corridors".

The president emphasized that Russia is trying to pursue a policy of colonizing the Black and Azov Seas, but it has no right to decide what Ukraine can produce and export.
