Russian Federation attacks infrastructure facilities in Zhytomyr region

On the night of July 26, Russian troops again attacked Zhytomyr region with drones. Infrastructure and energy facilities came under attack.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram of the head of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration Vitaliy Bunechko.

“Last night, during an air alert, another massive attack by Shahed UAVs took place on the territory of Zhytomyr region. Our air defense forces conducted active anti-drone work,” he said.

According to the head of the JMA, the UAV debris damaged civilian infrastructure and energy facilities.

“We are eliminating the consequences and assessing the damage. There were no civilian casualties,” Bunechko said.
